Baker McKenzie, recognised as the world’s strongest law firm with 74 offices in 45 countries, is proud to underscore its unwavering commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. They will occupy a substantial space of approximately 10,000 sqm of Office Tower 4 at One Bangkok. Baker McKenzie is poised to utilise these new offices to conduct its business with an emphasis on the environment and sustainability, thereby pioneering the first-ever “Green Lease” contract in Thailand.

The pioneering leasing model marks an important step in uplifting office leasing practices by allowing landlords and tenants to jointly set clear sustainability goals as part of the conditions of their contracts along with guidelines toward sustainable practices in line with positive social and environmental impacts from the stage of design all the way to construction and operations.

Baker McKenzie’s office decorations will be completed with a move-in schedule for the 4^th quarter of 2024.
