Mr. Maytha Rakthum, Chief Business Group – Townhome, together with Mr. Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Corporate Strategy and Creation, AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., recently accepted four major awards given to Thailand’s most admired property companies and brands. These awards include 1) 2023-2024 Thailand’s Most Admired Company 2) 2024 Thailand’s Most Admired Company & Brand 3) AP Thailand 2024 Thailand’s Most Admired Brand, the sixth straight year the award was granted to the company, and 4) AP Townhome 2024 Thailand’s Most Admired Brand, the second consecutive year AP Townhome has been recognised in this category. The recognitions provide an index for brand perception and development, as well as trust in organisations, based on results of a survey conducted among nationwide consumers and marketers regarding brand awareness. The poll was conducted by BrandAge’s researchers in collaboration with qualified academics nationwide.

It is an indicator of brand awareness, development and the trustworthiness of organisations in terms of good public image, outstanding competitiveness and corporate drive through innovation that ensures awareness among target audiences to create confidence, trust and good image for brands and organisations.

AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., plans to expand its readily available product portfolio across the country in 2024. The company has a total of 212 projects worth around Bht 58,000 million in its portfolio. These include 15 single detached home projects worth Bht 23,000 million, 23 townhome and twin home projects worth Bht 19,300 million, 6 condominium projects worth Bht 12,500 million and 4 projects in the provinces worth Bht 3,200 million, as well as 164 ongoing projects, which will be a key factor in ensuring the company’s steady cash inflow. The company has set its sales target for the year at Bht 57,000 million while total revenues, including from 100% JV are projected at Bht 53,700 million.
