Saha Group join forces with global partners to launch luxury condominium KingsQuare Residence with aim to create ‘Community of Kindness’ in Rama 3 area

King Square Development Co., Ltd., a member of Saha Group, has launched KingsQuare Residence, a 52-floor luxury condominium project with a land area of over four rai on Rama 3 – Ratchadaphisek Road with an accessibility to King’s College International School Bangkok and designed under the concept “Live Where Your Heart Belongs” with globally and nationally-renowned partners, such as Tokyu Corporation, A49, PIA, Thai Obayashi, Stonehenge, Samsung, Secom, SCG Building & Living Care Consulting, and Knight Frank. The project is one of the components in a mixed-use development consisting of luxury condominium, community mall, and serviced apartments.  A showroom and the website www.kingsquare.co.th have been launched to provide information about the project, while the condominium is expected to be completed in December 2026.

 

With the launch of Sales Gallery, Mr. Boonsithi Chokwatana, Chairman of Saha Group, Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Chairman of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Plc., and Mr. Vichai Kulsomphob, Executive Chairman of King Square Development Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.

A masterpiece project of Saha Group with an aim to create a quality community where family members can have more quality time, KingsQuare Residence has received overwhelming responses and exceeded its sales target of one billion baht within two hours of exclusive sale period.

KingsQuare Residence is property development project under Saha Group, following KingBridge Tower, an office building designed under the concept of “Community of Kindness” to elevate livelihood and happiness of the community of Rama 3.

Mr. Jakkrit Santirattanakul, Managing Director of King Square Development Co.,Ltd., believes KingsQuare Residence will be more than home but a key to happiness for all family members.  “I believe that quality of life must begin with quality time with the family, as this is how we create energy to ourselves and the loved ones in our family. This is the inspiration for KingsQuare Residence, one of Saha Group’s projects, as a luxury condominium next to King’s College International School Bangkok. We want family members to be able to have quality time together every day, parents and children enjoying breakfast together every morning before the children go to school and parents leave for work without worry. In addition, the location near three expressway exits and other facilities enables a more fulfilled life and community,” he said.

Mr. Maythin Chantra-Ou-Rai, Executive Director of A49 Group, said special attention was put into every detail in designing KingsQuare Residence to ensure each unit feels complete and suitable for living together like the “main home” of the family. Structural elements of the building are at the edge of units with no columns inside, allowing the layout and interior design to be flexible as there is more space in each room. At the same time, the external columns have another function in providing shade from sunlight, saving up to 20 to 25 percent of air conditioning usage.

“This design offers many functions and caters to various needs, while providing the best to residents. There are four high-speed elevators which move at six meters per second, the same speed as elevators in five-star hotels, which will reduce waiting time. We also focus on designing corner units to receive natural light from different directions. We pay attention to all details in order to create a fulfilling home with happiness of all family members in mind,” he said.

KingsQuare Residence employs a number of key concepts in order to become the perfect “Community of Kindness” of the Rama 3 neighborhood.
