Mr. Viwat Laohapoonrungsee, Executive Director of Areeya Property PLC. has revealed about the consumer and real estate trends that nowadays the technology has rapidly advanced and as the consequence, the consumer behaviors are changing. The last trend has been most observed in the real estate industry. Consumers appreciate prompt and efficient after sales services and the use of applications to reduce unnecessary steps. Mr. Viwat has revealed the overall performance during the 1st half of the year that the company has earned a total sales revenue of 4,852 million baht, of which 3,107 million or 65% came from housing development project sales, and 1,745 baht or 35% came from condominium development project sales. The performance met the target of 10% growth and has been corresponding with the real estate market. The sales in the 2nd half of the year is expected to reach 5,045 million baht, resulting in the total annual sales of over 10,000 million baht.
