Karnchang Public Co., Ltd. to establish Kamala Senior Living Co., Ltd., a joint venture company to develop an upscale Lifestyle Senior Living Village worth Baht 3,500 million in Phuket. The project will be fully equipped with a full range of facilities and amenities and managed by a leading, international professional property management service provider.

Shareholding structure of Kamala Senior Living Co., Ltd. comprises Nye Estate Co., Ltd., holding 28.5%; Chewathai Public Co., Ltd., holding 25%; L.P.N. Development Public Co., Ltd., holding 25%; CH. Karnchang Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CH. Karnchang Public Co., Ltd., holding 20%, and the general public, holding 1.5% respectively.
