Habitat Group’s expansion overseas got a further boost recently when the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chanin Vanijwongse, and the company itself were recognised with awards at the 2019 Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards.

Mr. Chanin Vanijwongse was awarded in the Outstanding Category, and Habitat Group was awarded in the Corporate Excellence Category.

With 12 developments to Habitat Group’s name since the company was established in 2012, Habitat Group’s focus has been in lifestyle investment and its resort-urban property-for-investment development strategy has proven successful with domestic and international investors alike.

Under the concept “Invest Remarkably, Live Extraordinary”, Habitat Group have developed a clear niche and lead in the real estate lifestyle investment space in Thailand.

Mr. Chanin Vanijwongse, Chief Executive Officer of Habitat Group, shared “We identified lifestyle investment in property as an underserved market with great potential early on, and working iconic global brands such as Wyndham, Best Western, X2 and Ramada by Wyndham, as well as creating our own real estate brand founded on the concept of luxury low-rise condominium living, we have pioneered the real estate lifestyle investment model in Bangkok and Pattaya.”

Launched in 2007, the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards is the region’s most prestigious awards for outstanding entrepreneurship, continuous innovation and sustainable leadership. The program encompasses 14 countries and this is the seventh year for Thailand.
