Led by Visionary CEO Peerawat Hansirikul, Positioning the Company as the World’s First Fully AI-Driven Hotel Chain

RoomQuest today announced a groundbreaking milestone in global hospitality, unveiling the world’s first full-scale AI-integrated hotel management ecosystem. This technological leap – developed in collaboration with US-based AI transformation partner Opsian Technologies led by CEO Mr. Patrick Neba Fabs Che – marks a new era for hotel operations, performance, and scalability.

Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Peerawat Hansirikul, the company becomes the first hotel chain in the world to implement AI and integrated automation across all operational pillars. RoomQuest has already begun deployment, with the first phase appearing in February 2026 and full implementation scheduled for April 2026.

Peerawat’s vision is rooted in the belief that AI should form the core of hotel operations – reducing repetitive workload, increasing accuracy, and allowing teams to focus on creating meaningful guest experiences. His strategy emphasizes data-driven decision-making, scalable system design, and long-term brand expansion – ensuring that partner hotels benefit not only from higher performance today, but long-term resilience in an evolving travel landscape. These principles have positioned him as a pioneering figure reshaping how modern hotels operate. And under his leadership, RoomQuest will adopt a fully integrated AI framework that enhances every major operational pillar.

“AI allows us to operate faster, smarter, and with far greater accuracy,” said Peerawat Hansirikul, Chief Executive Officer of RoomQuest. “If we eliminate repetitive tasks and let data guide decisions, the hotel industry in Thailand can grow much faster. Our goal is not only to transform our own hotels, but also to help strengthen Thailand’s tourism sector and economy. With AI, we can scale rapidly while maintaining the same manpower, making growth more sustainable.”

RoomQuest’s AI ecosystem covers every major operational component, including:

– AI Revenue & Pricing Management – intelligent dynamic pricing to maximize revenue.

– Housekeeping & Room Inspection Automation – automated task tracking and quality control.

– AI Customer Review & Sentiment Analysis – deeper insights into guest satisfaction.

– Back-Office Automation – reducing manual paperwork and administrative burden.

– Centralized Multi-Property Dashboard – unified visibility and control across all branches.

These innovations will not only elevate performance and consistency but also improve conversions, profitability, and decision accuracy for hotel partners. By combining advanced AI automation with its operational experience across 52 branches nationwide, RoomQuest is building the most scalable and future-ready hotel management model in Thailand.

This full-scale transformation gives hotel partners measurable benefits, from lower operating costs and faster data-based decisions to consistent service quality across every location. Beyond technology, Peerawat also plays a strategic role in sales optimization and brand expansion. His initiatives include strengthening direct booking channels with AI automation, enhancing OTA performance, designing scalable brand guidelines, and preparing hotels for franchise-ready or fully managed models.

“As we continue expanding into key tourism cities across Thailand, we welcome hotel owners who want to elevate their operations using next-generation technology,” added Peerawat. “RoomQuest aims to become one of the top choices for travelers – while contributing to the growth of Thailand’s tourism economy.”

With its early adoption of full-scale AI automation and its dedication to improving the domestic tourism landscape, RoomQuest is poised to redefine the future of hospitality, both in Thailand and globally.

A Global Roadmap for AI-Driven Hospitality Expansion

RoomQuest’s expansion strategy in 2026 follows a structured global rollout designed to validate, scale, and replicate its AI-driven hospitality model. Thailand serves as the flagship launch market, where RoomQuest refines its operational systems, achieves measurable efficiency and revenue gains, and builds the blueprint for global deployment.

With proven success, regional expansion continues in Malaysia, where similar travel behavior and OTA patterns allow fast adoption and operational replication. The company will then enter Dubai to establish premium-market credibility and expand AI capabilities

compatible with multilingual tourist behavior. The next phase targets the United States – focusing on compliance-ready, enterprise-level solutions for high-margin hotel groups.

RoomQuest will, from 2027, scale into South America through localized AI, regional PMS integrations, and partnerships with mid-tier hotel operators. Across all stages, the company prioritizes deep localization, strong regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships to ensure sustainable, repeatable global growth.

Unlock China Market with ELong Partnership

RoomQuest’s new partnership with ELong marks a major strategic leap into the Chinese travel market. By integrating directly with the WeChat ecosystem and strengthening its operations through advanced AI solutions, RoomQuest positions itself as one of the first Thai hotel groups capable of truly bridging local hospitality with China’s massive travel demand. This move not only sharpens its competitive edge but also redefines how Thai hotels can scale internationally.

RoomQuest’s collaboration with ELong is especially powerful because it connects Thai hotels directly to China’s largest travel ecosystem inside WeChat, which reaches more than one billion users. The partnership grants RoomQuest priority onboarding for its properties, leverages ELong’s strong consumer trust, and taps into WeChat traffic enhanced by ELong’s AI-driven recommendation engine – resulting in higher visibility and stronger booking conversion. As Chinese tourism rebounds, RoomQuest secures a meaningful first-mover advantage as one of the few Thai hotel groups deeply integrated with the WeChat–ELong network.

This advantage is amplified by RoomQuest’s operational experience across 52 hotel branches nationwide and its AI systems co-developed with US-based Opsian Technologies. The combination of Chinese traffic, optimized WeChat booking funnels, and advanced AI automation creates a competitive strength in sales, operations, and branding that other Thai hotel operators are unable to match.
