Major Development (MJD) announces its success of MUNIQ Phrom Phong project, with the VVIP and pre-sale phases generating over 90% in sales worth more than 3.4 billion baht in the early months of 2024. Confident in this achievement, it is poised to launch another upscale venture in the heart of Bangkok very soon.

Dr. Suriya Poolvoralaks, Managing Director of Major Development Public Company Limited (MJD), stated that amidst an ongoing slowdown in the real estate market in 2024, MUNIQ Phrom Phong, the luxury condominium project valued at 3.7 billion baht, has remarkably garnered the highest response from residential buyers, achieving an impressive pre-sales figure within just two months.

“The success of MUNIQ Phrom Phong marks a promising start for Major Development in new project investments this year. It reflects our commitment to a selection of prime locations that can’t be found anywhere else in Bangkok, where demand remains strong. Additionally, the condominium’s well-thought-out design caters to discerning needs of our target customers,” Dr. Suriya said.

Situated on the mouth of Sukhumvit Soi 39, MUNIQ Phrom Phong is a 34-story condominium comprising 106 units on the land area of 1 rai and 91 wah. It is strategically located only 20 meters from BTS Phrom Phong station and within close proximity to The EmQuartier shopping center, making it one of the most sought-after locations in Bangkok. The project boasts the “Class is Permanent” concept with the “Manhattan Motif” architectural design, offering spacious layouts with panoramic views and high ceiling-to-floor up to 3.4 meters.
