– Central Pattana reveals the extraordinary AI images of ‘SPACE FOR BETTER FUTURES,’ shopping centers for the quality of life for everyone, generated from the ideas of customers from all generations.

– Insights and ideas from all five generations about the future spaces they wish to see in shopping centers are contributing to making Bangkok a more livable city. These insights stem from the Imagining Better Bangkok event.

– Every generation desires ‘Green Space’ the most, with Family & Community Space following closely. These concepts are already implemented in recent Central projects, including “Central Westville” and the world-class landmark mixed-use development, “Dusit Central Park.”

– The first-ever collaboration between two organizations with a shared purpose in driving society and the country forward, Central Development partners with TEDxBangkok 2023 in The Idea Box creative event at the heart of centralwOrld. The event aims to listen to customers’ voices and process ideas into an AI-generated space, essential data for further developing real spaces within new shopping center projects.

Central Development Plc., Thailand’s no.1 real estate developer under the vision “Imagining better futures for all,” collaborates with TEDxBangkok 2023 to create The Idea Box at the heart of centralwOrld.  This marks the first-ever experience in the Thai shopping centre industry, opening a space to listen to customer voices and unveiling the outstanding AI image “SPACE FOR BETTER FUTURES – Shopping Centres for the Quality of Life for Everyone,” developed from customer “ideas” gathered from offline and online feedback from thousands of participants in the Imagining Better Bangkok event, prompting questions like, “What kind of space do you want to see in a shopping center to make Bangkok a more livable city?”

The voices and needs of customers will be developed into a “real shopping center space” in future projects, such as the recently introduced “Central Westville,” a Semi-Outdoor model highlighting environmental considerations as a Low Carbon Mall, providing space close to nature for family and pet activities. Also, the “Dusit Central Park” project, featuring a 7-rai Rooftop Par connected to Lumpini Park, creating a large lung for the city.


Moreover, the creation of future spaces is not limited to major cities like Bangkok.
