Top executives from SC Asset Corporation Plc, Japan’s Nishitetsu Group, Syntec Construction Plc and THS Development Co Ltd, officially opened “The Crest Park Residences” – a luxury condominium located in the heart of Bangkok’s Lat Phrao Intersection.

Attending the opening ceremony were SC Asset’s CEO Mr. Nuttaphong Kunakornwong; Nishi-Nippon Railroad’s director of overseas development division Mr. Taro Koyama (the 5^th person from right), Syntec Construction Plc’s CEO Mr. Somchai Sirilertpanich (the 2^nd person from left), and Mr. Worathep Sirirat-asdong (the 1^st person from right), managing director of THS Development Co Ltd.

After officially opening the project, the executives checked it out to ensure it is ready to be transferred to buyers later this year.

The luxurious “Crest Park Residences” project worth 3.4 billion baht was developed by SC NNR1 Co Ltd, a joint venture between SC Asset Corporation Plc and Japan’s property and transportation giant Nishitetsu Group (Nishi-Nippon Railroad).

“The Crest Park Residences” is designed to seamlessly connect nature on the outside to unique luxury and elegance inside. Built on an area of over 1.3 rai, the 36-storey building has 418 units going for between 5.29 million and 16 million baht each*. The project is located in the heart of the transportation hub on Lat Phrao Intersection, with the BTS Lat Phrao Interchange Station and the Phaholyothin MRT Station nearby. The intersection also links up with three main thoroughfares, namely Vibhavadi, Lat Phrao and Phaholyothin roads.

Also nearby are three large parks offering more than 700 rai of greenery within walking distance. The project is also close to leading shopping centers including Central Lat Phrao, several office buildings and many future mega projects. Lat Phrao Intersection is often referred to as a “complete” location that is close to nature in the heart of Bangkok’s northern CBD.

To celebrate the project’s completion, the company is launching a special campaign called “First Preview” on October this year, to offer homebuyers a “real” feel of the rooms and surroundings before the project is fully completed and ready for transfer before the end of the year.
