SC embarks on a four-year journey to accumulate revenue of more than 100 million baht

Thailand’s top property firm SC Asset Corporation Plc (SC) is embarking on a four-year (2022-2025) journey to build its earnings to more than 100 billion baht in line with its “SC Thriving for Good” roadmap. Mr. Nuttaphong Kunakornwong, SC Asset Corporation Plc’s chief executive officer, said the company’s four-year “SC Thriving for Good” roadmap focuses on sustainable growth in the “new normal” – surviving and strengthening during a crisis.


“SC has laid out a four-year roadmap to grow, connect and live sustainably in a new world. To become an organization that creates value, offers solutions to people, protects the environment and is ready to generate income for four consecutive years with a total revenue target of more than 100 billion baht,” he said.

“SC Thriving for Good” focuses on three strategies:

Thriving: Growth in the original and new areas

– Generating 20 billion baht in 2025 through the horizontal market, which will help turn SC into a household name.

– Becoming a market leader for Gen Y condominiums by launching new projects worth 20 billion baht between 2022 and 2025.

– Creating a second growth engine to increase the proportion of profit from new opportunities.

– Maintaining a stable and strong financial position so the company is ready to accept both new opportunities and crises.

Connecting: Connecting everything together and creating more value

– Delivering a good quality of life to customers with innovations that are connected to products and services under a human-centric approach.

– Giving customers a variety of experiences by connecting solutions and different ecosystems through blockchain technology.

– Building an organization-wide team that focuses on agility, speed and accuracy through technology and maintaining consistent channels of communication.

Sustaining: Creating sustainable value for people and the environment

– SC is a brand leader that consistently maintains high-quality standards.

– SC is the only real-estate organization that focus on “good balance, good society and good future” for everybody.

– With the aim to reduce the creation of greenhouse gases by 20% within 2025, SC  is one of the few companies that links growth with environmental concern.

Mr. Nuttaphong said SC is targeting a total revenue, including presale, of 22 billion baht in 2022. To achieve this target, the company will launch 27 new residential projects worth 40 billion baht, which will include 25 horizontal residential projects worth 33.5 billion baht. More than 70 per cent of its new horizontal residential projects launched in 2022 will comprise single-detached houses going for more than 10 million baht per unit. SC is a market leader in this segment. The remaining projects include two residential condominiums located close to the Wongwian Yai and Thonglor BTS stations.

The company will introduce a variety of innovative options that offer value and solution to homebuyers in all residential projects it is launching in 2022. The projects will include innovations like active airflow and air-quality control, EV charger, RueJai App 3.0 among others. There are also plans to introduce a new residential prototype called “Home for Gamers” and a new design series that meets the “Work from Home” trend.

In summary, SC and its subsidiaries will have a total of 78 projects worth 69 billion baht ready for sale by 2022, with a horizontal and vertical proportion of 70:30 and a new investment budget of 11.5 billion baht to support continual growth until 2025.

Mr Nuttaphong said for an organization to grow sustainably in the new normal, it should learn and understand that everything in the world is connected, and everything affects one another. The COVID-19 crisis has taught us that a sick person in one country can affect the economy of the entire world. However, the crisis has also opened the door to innovation and new behavior. The global economy has suffered slow growth for three years, but the world’s innovation has accelerated to the highest in 10 years. Sustainable organizations create added value for both people and the planet. This value will become the profit maker, and these profits can then be used to create sustainable value. This, he said, is the direction for SC’s growth in a new normal.


SC, whose motto is to deliver Living Solutions and top-quality homes, is “Thriving for Good” and remains connected for sustainable growth.
