Jin Wellbeing County, “The New Residential Concept in Retirement”, introduced today the “Grand Age Management by Jin Academy”, a special and unique training course designed to empower the elderly to see true value in themselves. The course is mechanism to prep the country for the transformation into a quality aged society in the future.

The training consists of 10 modules under 3 major areas — strong health, social security and social participation. The program educates the participants across all aspects, including medical knowledge, nutrition, investment, art and culture, entertainment and traveling. Guest speakers invited to run the training courses throughout the three and a half month course are reputable experts, such as Chek Thanasiri, MD., Korbkarn Choonhasavasdikul, MD., Coach Becky Russell and many more. Participants can apply from now until 30 August 2018.

Jin Wellbeing County offers a new residential concept for retirement that meets the needs of senior citizens in every aspect together with being the first full service integrated healthcare in Thailand. The project is created to support the arrival of aged society in Thailand in 2025 when the total number of elderly will rise to 14.4 million people or more than 20 percent of all the populations.

Mrs. Thitaree Yoovidhya, Chief Marketing Officer of Jin Wellbeing County, said: “By 2025, Thailand will fully become an Aged Society. It is therefore challenging for the country to get ready for this change. Jin Wellbeing County, under Thonburi Healthcare Group, realizes the true value and significance of elderly and sees what physical, mental and social difficulties the elderly will soon encounter. We want to prep them well for life after retirement. The Grand Age Management program by Jin Academy was therefore initiated.  The program will cover knowledge and good recommendation related to relevant basic medical knowledge, nutrition, investment, art and culture, entertainment and traveling. In addition, throughout this course, the participants will be guided to improve social and communication skill through interactions with their classmates. This program reflects our true commitment to drive the future of Aged Society in Thailand.”

Grand Age Management Program aims to achieve three goals — 1) Enhancing the elderly’s potential  to take care of themselves and to reduce risk of illness; 2) Educating them and nurturing their understanding of physical, social, and financial security as well as of the necessity to have good caretaker; and 3) Increasing their awareness of their role and importance of their participation in activities with their family and society, which opens opportunity for them to make sound contribution.

To maximize the impact, the Grand Age Management Program invites guest speakers with different areas of expertise to share information and inspire the participants. Guest speakers are, for example, Chek Thanasiri, MD., who will share his own experience and tips to live till 120 years old.; Bunjob Choonhasavasdikul, MD., who will guide the participants some tricks to improve life by hypnosis; Korbkarn Choonhasavasdikul, MD., who will introduce the art and science of natural healing and nutrition; Dr. Chartchai Meesukho, who will unveil tips on how to prepare post-retirement financial plan; Akeurai Boonthanasilarojana, who will jazz up participants’ live with Zumba dance as a new way of exercise; and Coach Becky Russell, who will share tips on improving personality and dressing, etc.

Mrs. Thitaree added: “We believe that this program will enhance elderly’s quality of life, both body and mind. We hope to help them live with joy and happiness. We hope they will see value in themselves and that positive energy will also inspire others in the society.”
