Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited, an affiliate of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, has invested in a world-class residential project, “THE RESIDENCES 38”, located in the most prime location of Thailand, in the heart of Bangkok’s Thonglor district. Rabbit Holdings has appointed Ananda Development Public Company Limited as the project manager for the construction, development, and overall sales and marketing planning of the project, and has also appointed The Ascott Limited as the hospitality operator for “La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection”, a luxury serviced residence. This marks the biggest collaboration of alliances and generation of business-added value and enhancement of stronger potential for business expansion and collective sustainable growth in the future.

Catering to a growing demand for one-of-a-kind experiential stays, The Crest Collection with “A Story Behind Every Door”, provides guests with a unique storied and luxurious experience drawn from the distinct heritage of each property and its location.
Marking the debut of the collection brand in Thailand, La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection will comprise of 115 units that span studios to two-bedroom apartments. Fusing a blend of design elements inspired by the Thai locale, with the brand’s French heritage, the modern development will offer well-appointed facilities such as a swimming pool, onsen, lounge and fitness center. Hospitality services including housekeeping and laundry will also be provided.
