– AP Thailand with a promise of Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai continues its social development initiative, AP OPEN HOUSE, into its 10th year. The aim is to pass on a real estate development philosophy that goes beyond theory—by instilling ‘quality standards’ and nurturing ‘quality people’ for the Thai industry

– Set to transfer AP PRINCIPLES: THE PRINCIPLES OF LIVING QUALITY a philosophy to deliver living quality in every dimension, the main principle over 3,000 AP people adhere to and practice strongly in every dimension, inspired by over 100 years of knowledge accumulated by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., as driver for continued development of quality projects

– Because real experience is the best form of learning, 60 university students joining AP OPEN HOUSE 2025 will gain insights into every aspect of AP’s quality real estate development under the AP PRINCIPLES — guided by five core principles, from product development and space design to the use of technology and post-move-in care

– Big bonus – A free STUDY TRIP IN JAPAN with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., AP’s long-standing partner. Six top-performing students from AP OPEN HOUSE 2025 will be selected to join the trip, where they will explore Mitsubishi Estate Group’s core philosophy for residential development, “Five Eyes”, and experience cutting-edge design innovations throughout the visit

– AP OPEN HOUSE, now in its 10th consecutive year, is a CSR initiative by AP Thailand aimed at enabling Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai for all. The programme shares specialised industry knowledge and provides valuable opportunities for university students. Designed for deep, hands-on learning, it helps participants stay ahead in a rapidly changing world. The next AP OPEN HOUSE class will be opening soon. Good living quality does not only come from beautiful buildings, but also from understanding and real action in every dimension,” said Mr. Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Corporate Strategy and Creation, AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., reflecting AP’s ongoing commitment in developing projects to elevate Thai people’s living quality.

Mr. Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Corporate Strategy and Creation, AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., said the company continues to operate under its main vision ‘Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai’. In 2025, AP Thailand continues to carry out its social initiative, AP OPEN HOUSE, now in its 10th consecutive year, with a strong commitment to cultivating quality talent for the industry over the long term through a comprehensive learning process in all aspects of real estate development. The programme extends learning beyond university campuses, focusing on real-world experience through hands-on involvement in AP’s actual projects—whether single detached homes, townhomes, or condominiums—emphasising practical knowledge and learning through real action in real environments.

The heart of AP OPEN HOUSE lies not only in imparting knowledge but also in passing on a profound philosophy – AP PRINCIPLES: The Principles of Living Quality – a framework for delivering quality living in every dimension. This guiding philosophy is embraced by more than 3,000 AP employees, who apply it in every aspect of their work. Inspired by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., AP’s long-standing Japanese partner and a world-class real estate company with over a century of experience, these principles have been shaped and strengthened through the continuous exchange of specialised knowledge between Japan and Thailand. The shared expertise is broad, deep, and ongoing. University students participating in the programme gain a truly intensive, hands-on learning experience that spans all dimensions of project development, structured around AP’s five core principles: 1. AP CODE – A rigorous standard for design, construction, and inspection across every stage of development 2. AP EMPATHY DESIGN – Understanding real life before designing living spaces 3. AP SUSTAINABLE LIFE – Recognising that a good life must also be kind to the planet 4. AP SMART LIFE – A good life begins with the ability to take control of daily living 5. AP LIVING SERVICE – True living quality comes with everyday peace of mind.

One of this year’s highlights is the opening of the ASPIRE Onnut Station system work for engineering students to gain an in-depth understanding of the structural work involved in high-rise buildings. Students will also explore new innovations, helping them better comprehend AP’s construction processes for high-rise developments and build confidence in the quality of AP’s condominium projects. This includes site visits to construction locations and learning about quality inspections conducted prior to the handover of single detached homes.

The programme ends with an important highlight – STUDY TRIP IN JAPAN with Mitsubishi Estate. Six outstanding students, selected from a group of 60, will be flown to Japan to learn about world-class real estate development concepts, particularly Five Eyes—the core principles upheld by Mitsubishi Estate Group for residential developments. These cover quality, safety, functionality, sustainability, community building, and design innovation.

Over 10 years we have committed to making AP OPEN HOUSE more than just an internship programme because we believe that quality people are developed through real work experience, alongside opportunities to learn from experts. We want to be a part of building the future by helping the new generation grow and stay abreast of the world. The core of the programme goes beyond design, product development, or project management; it includes cultivating the mindset and way of thinking required in a real work environment,” said Mr. Vittakarn.

As one of AP’s CSR initiatives that the company has prioritised for many years, AP OPEN HOUSE reflects the company’s spirit—its belief in the power of people and its readiness to share specialised knowledge and create opportunities for Thai university students. For those interested in joining this intensive, hands-on training, prepare for the next AP OPEN HOUSE intake opening soon at www.apthai.com/th/career/open-house
