AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., the leader of Thailand’s real estate industry with a promise of Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai led by Mr. Maytha Rakthum, Chief Business Group, Twin Home and Townhome revealed that the second quarter will see the company launch 13 new twin home and townhome projects worth Bht 10,560 million, which represents a diversification of AP’s product portfolio across all segments of market needs, from value price to luxury and in all prime locations in Bangkok and its environs. The projects include five twin home projects worth Bht 3,670 million and eight townhome projects worth Bht 6,890 million.

For the second quarter, AP is moving full steam ahead to strengthen its position by kicking off NEW DESIGN 2024, which includes 21 best new models of twin homes and townhomes, all combining the company’s strengths in quality product development with massive space functions like no one else before just to reinforce AP’s leadership position in Thailand’s real estate industry.
