Saha Pathana Inter-Holding appoints new executives, moves toward sustainable growth
Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited or SPI, a company within Saha Group and Thailand’s leading company in industrial land development, has made the next step toward sustainable growth of the organization with the appointments of new executives, with Mr. Vichai Kulsomphob as Chief Executive Officer & Executive Chairman, and a new generation of executives with extensive experiences in the organization, Mr. Sontaya Tabkhan, Mr. Vorayos Thongtan and Ms. Suthida Jongjenkit as President.
The new management team of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding consists of:

The management change comes with an announcement on the vision and business strategy for 2024, which will build upon the success of the company’s sustainable growth.
Mr. Vichai Kulsomphob, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Chairman, said, “SPI is committed to creating success through uniting and sharing. The strategy from now on will continue to expand growth opportunities and diversify through investments in various businesses. For real estate, there are KingBridge Tower, a Grade A office building for rent, and KINGSQUARE Community, a fully-equipped model community in the Rama 3 area. There is also an electronics business joint investment with Zhen Ding Tech Group to develop, produce, and distribute printed circuit boards with advanced technology. We will expand our businesses with the principles of sustainable growth and social responsibility, while avoiding investing in businesses which may cause harm to the society.”
“Saha Group has long had an expertise in vertical consumer products business operations, covering all steps from upstream to downstream, from acquiring raw materials for production to sales. However, we will also aim for expansion in the horizontal direction by looking for more new businesses which we can invest,” he said.
