PLUS’s project sales management team was entrusted by leading developers to manage sales for a total of 14 projects worth 16.9 billion baht. These projects were in Bangkok as well as the provinces, including Phuket and Hua Hin. For this year, PLUS is maintaining its aim to expand its customer groups to include all segments, ranging from affordable-level project and expanding more into the luxury segment. For this year, PLUS has already been commissioned to manage two more projects which are set to launch in 2023. These include Racha Park and Prime Pano, whose combined worth was around 3 billion baht. Notably, in Phuket province, PLUS was entrusted to manage the Prime Pano project – luxury villas situated on a high-potential site in the Choeng Thalae area. PLUS’s team has a high degree of proficiency over the Phuket area. The return of foreign tourists has allowed the real estate market in Phuket to grow continually, with purchases for self-residency and for all modes of letting clearly on an expanding direction. From late 2022 until present, a high demand was observed in the market for villas, for both buying and renting. It was found that foreigners were interested in buying a home in Phuket to serve as their second home. They were also more in favor of renting villas than condominiums as the former offers enough usage space for the family. Popular locations in Phuket include Choeng Thalae, Laguna, Surin Beach, Kamala Beach and Naithon Beach. They are popular among foreigners who generally live among themselves in their own communities. Purchases are made for self-residency, by persons doing business in Thailand or those looking for a residence for their children who are attending school. PLUS plans to perform the advisor role for developers for many more projects in Bangkok and Phuket”.
