Ms. Tanyatip Chearavanont, CEO, and Mr. Chawin Athakravisunthorn, Managing Director of One.Six Development, signed a memorandum of understanding at the One.Six Development office with Ms. Ratchadawan Loetsilathong, President (Acting) and Vice President Administrative and Corporate Affairs, and Mr. Pornthep Pantanapat, Vice President Commercial and Operations of Thailand Privilege Card, to collaborate in the Elite Flexible One program to boost the property sector and support foreign investors.

The Strand is a joint project with Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) with an investment value of over 4.8 billion baht, with residences starting at 17.9 million baht. The project won “Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok)” at Asia Property Awards 2018.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the International Property Awards, launched in 1993. The event claims a judging panel of over 100 experts, who each review categories within their area of expertise.
