Raimon Land Reveals the New TAIT Sathorn 12 Sales Gallery Embraces the Concept “Live the Best of Sathorn Life” Foresees a Better Industry Outlook in the Latter Half of the Year After Selling Out The Lofts Silom

Raimon Land reveals a makeover of the TAIT Sathorn 12 Sales Gallery with a “Live the Best of Sathorn Life” concept, aiming to capture the metropolitan lifestyle after selling out the Lofts Silom. The company expects a positive outlook of the real estate industry in the latter half of the year and foresees more demand from international clients after the COVID-19 situation improves.          

Manatase Annawat, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Raimon Land Plc. or RML, Thailand’s leading developer of luxury real estate, said, “Earlier this year, under management of a new executive team, we have consistently introduced new marketing strategies and innovative promotional campaigns. We have rebranded to highlight luxuriousness and modernity, so that it attracts the new generations and Young Affluents on top of current customer base. We are reconceptualizing the image of The TAIT Sathorn 12 to excel ‘modern luxury’ and planning to expand to other projects in the future.”

The TAIT Sathorn 12, a luxury high-rise condominium with a core concept of “Live the Best of Sathorn Life”, will answer to all the metropolitan lifestyles. Located on Sathorn Soi 12 which is a prime CBD (Central Business District) and financial district, the property eases transport connectivity and is surrounded by several facilities. The 4.3 billion Baht project has achieved 75 percent of sales with a starting price of 8.88 million Baht. The company believes that the real estate industry outlook in the second half of the year is expecting to show a better sign. The situations seem to show positive indications after vaccines are distributed to the public to build up herd immunity, which will help bringing back the country to normal as well as the demand from international clients. Limited supply of condominiums in Bangkok’s CBD area together with demand for luxury condominiums for both living and investing creates opportunity for luxury segment.

Other supporting factors are the plan to reopen the country to welcome vaccinated and low-risk foreign travelers, as well as the proposal from the CCSA regarding the economic and investment stimulus measure to attract 4 groups of high-income foreigners who would be given 10-year residential permit visa. These high potential visitors would also be exempted from income tax from international sources and given the rights to buy real estate or engage in long-term lease. This policy is aimed to generate revenue, investment and employment for the country. If the policy is approved by the government, it will surely generate positive impacts to the company and the country, bolstered by the recovery of demand from international clients.

“Since the beginning of the year, even though the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed down the overall real estate industry, but the luxury market segment still has high demand, proven by the sellout of The Lofts Silom which has completed since Q1 and the continually increased sales of TAIT Sathorn 12. We expect a positive outlook in the latter half of this year, largely from the distribution of vaccines locally and globally which will help bringing back demands from clients and the country to its normal,” Mr. Manatase added.
