Rung Fah Serm Corporation (RFS), Thailand’s leading construction company for  real estate projects, factories and the country’s major utility systems, recently announced the opening of Zhongtian Overseas Engineering (Thailand), a joint venture between RFS and China’s construction giant Zhongtian Construction Group. The new business collaboration will spearhead changes and become a new option in Thailand’s construction industry. Zhongtian Overseas Engineering (Thailand) will offer different construction technologies and internationally recognised engineering know-how in response to all types of construction requirements. The company also revealed its business plans to move forward several real estate and mega projects, expecting to become Thailand’s leading construction firm in the near future.

Mr. Li Yuzhong, managing director of Zhongtian Overseas Engineering (Thailand) and executive member of Zhongtian Construction Group, said that “As China’s leading construction and real estate development firm, Zhongtian Construction Group has been determined to create unique projects and construction works during the past 20 years under the concept of ‘Create sweet homes with sincere hearts’. All projects, operated under Zhongtian Overseas Engineering (Thailand), will be carried out under international standard, paying attention  to security, the selection of good yet reasonably-priced materials and the implementation of various construction technologies from China. The joint venture also aims to provide services not only in Thailand but other countries in Asean Economic Community (AEC). Realising the efficient business operation and the strength of Rung Fah Serm Corporation, the company decided to go ahead with the establishment of Zhongtian Overseas Engineering (Thailand). Today, we expect to generate the revenue of 2.5 billion baht by the end of this year and expect to rake in 5 to 10 billion baht in revenue by 2021.”

This joint venture aims to create a difference and offer a new alternative for Thailand’s construction industry.”

Mr. Suwan added that “The goal of this joint venture is also to create business awareness for us as one of the companies that offer professional construction works. Our business will move forward with old clients and at the same time we will also build new client base, focusing on real estate projects in business districts. We also expect to expand to other industries including public and private utility systems. Moreover, we will also gear towards Cambodia and Malaysia where most of the projects involve real estate and basic infrastructure. In terms of the company’s other investment plans, we will focus on human resource investment which aims to develop their potential in various areas and machine investment in respond to more requirements.
