Casa Milano designed by The One Atelier debuts Italian-inspired luxury residences in Shenzhen, China
Exclusive residential project GCC (Global Coast Center) by Liantai Group, Casa Milano Show Flat designed by The One Atelier, launches to China market
A new symbol of Italian sophistication has arrived in China’s most exciting new district with the launch of GCC Casa Milano Shenzhen, designed by The One Atelier, a new collection of luxury residences by renowned Chinese developer Liantai Group.
Located in the prestigious Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, GCC Casa Milano Shenzhen introduces a refined vision of contemporary living that blends Italian design principles with the vibrancy of one of Asia’s most dynamic urban centres. The result is an expression of timeless elegance and exquisite finishes, which include select Armani/Casa furnishings.
“Casa Milano represents our ambition to redefine modern urban living in the region,” said Mr Huang Zhenda, Chairman of the Board, Liantai Group. “Through our collaboration with The One Atelier, we have created residences that capture the essence of Italian craftmanship while reflecting Shenzhen’s forward-looking attitude. It is a place where international design excellence and cultural innovation meet, and we are truly excited to showcase the project to the world.”
The interiors, conceptualised and created by The One Atelier, illustrate the global studio’s mastery in translating global luxury aesthetics into immersive living environments. Every detail — from the curated selection of Italian-made furnishings and fine materials to the use of natural light and soft tonal contrasts — contributes to a sense of calm sophistication.
While the design draws inspiration from the timeless elegance of Milanese interiors, Casa Milano retains a distinct identity rooted in expert craftsmanship and authenticity. A colour palette of soft beige, cream and light blue, enriched with bronze and gold accents, complements materials such as Taj Mahal quartzite, brushed metals and select Armani/Casa pieces.
