Utopia Corporation (UCORP), one of the largest real property developers in Phuket, invests 816 million Baht in ongoing projects to construct disruptive, distinctive, and creative residences in Utopia Yamu and Utopia Thalang, building on its business strength. It also highlights 2021 sales achievement, investment returns, and preparations to launch two landmark projects in the golden locations of northern and southern Phuket.

CEO and Founder of Utopia Corporation, Mr. Hachi Yin, reveals that for the first three quarters of 2021, despite the COVID-19 crisis, Utopia Corporation continued to lock in sales, driven by the cutting-edge technologies developed by its affiliate, Zeus Teknology. All presentations and public relations initiatives, from image displays, videos, and 360-degree immersive images to customer relationships, sales, and post-sale services, are completed and buyers do not need to visit the actual area or property in person.132 units were successfully sold with the year-to-date income of 438 million Baht, including the backlog of 491 million Baht. Furthermore, it is estimated that the increase of 10% of payment will be fulfilled in Q4 of 2021 by efficient management of costs and expenses.

Another success for Utopia Corporation this year is the distribution of the remuneration from the investment program to their investors. A total of 354 million Baht has been fruitfully returned to them according to the plan. This reflects the capability of Utopia in providing stable returns to investors despite these turbulent times with a fluctuating economy.

In 2021, Utopia Corporation also explores international markets through seminars in sale promotions and investment requirements in Thailand for international buyers. In the final quarter of 2021, UCORP will simultaneously conduct a marketing campaign and arrange seminars in 16 cities in China with a total of 48 events, Hong Kong (4 events) and United States of America (8 events). UCORP will also participate in the London Property Show in London. In Bangkok, seminars are also arranged, including the cooperation with the Government Savings Bank to drive the higher investment in Thailand.

Utopia Corporation has completed the development of 10 projects with a total of 2,000 units, covering a construction area of 120,000 square meters at an investment cost of 8,000 million Baht. In 2021, UCORP invests a capital of 396 million Baht to continually develop residential projects such as Utopia Thalang, the housing project adjacent to Mai Khao Beach. It is designed and decorated with a “Zen” theme which has been proven popular. And Utopia Yamu, the luxury residential project under the Morocco concept, located on the eastern coast of Phuket close to the Po Grand Marina Bay. This is in response to the current era of living in the present age, driven by social media and the needs of the new generation dreaming of a house beyond their imagination.
