RML Swiftly Implements Safety Measures Following Earthquake Thorough Structural Inspections Confirm All Properties Adhere to the Highest Engineering Standards
Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML) has reaffirmed its commitment to resident safety following a recent earthquake in the area. Acting promptly and proactively, RML initiated immediate inspections across all of its residential and commercial developments to assess any potential impact and ensure the continued integrity of its properties. The company confirmed that all buildings remain structurally sound and unaffected.
Initial evaluations conducted by RML’s on-site engineering teams and structural experts have verified that all condominiums and office buildings developed by the company are in excellent condition. Each property was designed and constructed in full compliance with Thailand’s Ministry of Interior’s 2007 Seismic Design Code and the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning’s standards (Codes 1301/1302), which address earthquake resistance.
In particular, the ‘OCC’ (One City Centre) project — Thailand’s tallest Grade A+ office building has undergone a comprehensive inspection by a team of engineers. The results confirm that the structure remains completely sound and secure. Engineered with advanced seismic design, the building is equipped to withstand earthquake-induced vibrations. Its structure features built-in flexibility and a controlled swaying mechanism, effectively reducing potential damage and preventing collapse in the event of seismic activity.
