“ONYX Hospitality Group” announced its 2025 strategic growth plan, reaffirming its commitment to expanding its portfolio of hotels and serviced apartments, with the ultimate aim to become a leader in the regional market. This strategy reaffirms the Company’s vision of becoming “The best medium-sized hospitality management company in Southeast Asia”. This plan includes the launch of new projects both domestically and internationally, while also continuously strengthening both the “Amari” brand – an ‘upper-upscale’ hotel brand to effectively meet the diverse needs of both business and leisure travellers – and the “OZO” brand, an ‘upper-middle scale’ hotel brand designed to deliver limitless happiness and smiles to meet the demand of new-generation travellers under the concept of ‘Unpack. Good. Vibes’. The Company recently submitted a filing to establish a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) under the ONYXRT designation, covering the “Amari” and “OZO” brands, as a mechanism to drive sustainable growth in the long term.
Mr. Yuthachai Charanachitta, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ONYX Hospitality Group, stated that “ONYX Hospitality Group” is one of Southeast Asia’s leading hotel, resort, serviced apartment and residence management companies.
