In celebration of its 25^th anniversary, Master Plan 101 reiterates its luxury home building service leadership with the unveiling of the amazingly exclusive “The Empire One”, the over-1-billion-baht luxury home for ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWI). The Empire One will create exclusively luxury living experience provided by its huge 21-metre tall entrance hall, or about the height of a 5-storey building, and the fully air-conditioning luxury garage big enough to park 25 supercars.

The company’s sales have continuously grown from 700 million baht sales in 2022 to one billion baht in 2023. It expected 2024 sales to reach 1.2 billion baht, or an increase of 20%. The constant growth is contributed to the company’s policy to expand its customer base across Thailand rather than focusing only on Bangkok and its suburban areas as in the past. This year, total sales in the first half remained on par with that of 2023. The company expects its annual sales will exceed the target due to huge backlog of projects.
