AssetWise celebrates its 20th anniversary with the strategy “Growing Success, Growing Happiness”, focusing on sustainable growth. The company plans to launch 10 new projects—both condominiums and housing—with a total value of 22 billion baht while expanding its footprint in Phuket with its first luxury villa development. The presales volume target is set at 19.5 billion baht, with a revenue goal of 10.5 billion baht. Additionally, AssetWise is diversifying its business portfolio into high-potential businesses including entertainment, community malls, and health & wellness sectors. Continuing its ESG commitment, the company is collaborating with partners to support education for youth. AssetWise also debuted “Tor-Bright” as a presenter, reinforcing its “We Build Happiness” philosophy.

Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading lifestyle-focused real estate developer, stated that as the company celebrates the company’s 20th anniversary, it remains committed to steady and sustainable growth. Through its “Growing Success, Growing Happiness” strategy, AssetWise aims to deliver happiness to consumers through high-quality residential projects. This builds upon the company’s strong 2024 performance, achieving sales of 19.33 billion baht—exceeding its target and growing by 17% year-over-year.

 

The global economic outlook in 2025 faces challenges from geopolitical issues and climate change, but there are still positive factors, such as the downward interest rate trend that stimulates production and investment, along with the health & wellness trend and aging society, which drive growth in the health & wellness business. Meanwhile, Thailand benefits from a recovering export sector and increased data center investments by global companies, which will create jobs for both locals and expatriates. The tourism sector continues to show a growing number of tourists, further boosting domestic purchasing power and attracting foreign buyers, particularly for condominium products. As a result, AssetWise continues its business under the strategy of ‘Growing Success, Growing Happiness,’ alongside sustainable and stable growth,” said Mr. Kromchet.

In 2025, AssetWise is set to launch 10 new projects worth 22 billion baht across strategic locations in Bangkok, surrounding provinces, and Phuket, covering various segments. These include eight condominium projects valued at 20.50 billion baht under the KAVE, ATMOZ, and MODIZ brands. The company also continues to expand its Leisure Residences brand, THE TITLE, in Phuket, developed by its subsidiary, Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE). Additionally, two low-rise housing projects worth 1.5 billion baht will be two new luxury villa projects in Nai Yang and Cherng Talay, Phuket.

For 2025, AssetWise targets total sales of 19.5 billion baht and revenue of 10.5 billion baht, reflecting a 20% growth from 2024. The company is set to complete and begin the transfer of ownership for seven condominium projects, with a total project value of 14.05 billion baht. As of the end of 2024, AssetWise holds a strong backlog of over 25.2 billion baht, spanning Bangkok and surrounding areas (12.6 billion baht), EEC locations (2.7 billion baht), and Phuket (9.9 billion baht). This backlog is expected to be gradually recognized as revenue through 2027.

AssetWise is expanding into new business opportunities to strengthen its recurring income by investing in high-potential industries that align with the lifestyles of all generations through its subsidiaries.

– Health & Wellness: Through WHB, the company operates Rocket Fitness, an accessible and affordable fitness chain, and Vitala, a physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic, with plans for continued expansion.

– Entertainment: Via ZAAP World, AssetWise organizes concerts and large-scale events, having hosted over 40 events in the past year, including SangSom MOONLAB, one of the year’s largest art landmarks, and SkyTrain Music Fest, Asia’s first-ever music festival on a skytrain.

– Community Malls & Retail: Through Treasure M, the company develops Mingle Mall, a lifestyle hub featuring shops, restaurants, and indoor sports facilities. The latest addition is Mingle Naiyang in Phuket.

Committed to long-term happiness for society, customers, and stakeholders, AssetWise integrates the GrowGreen concept into its organization, residential projects, and community initiatives. Socially, the company partners with “Kao Kon La Kao Foundation,” led by Toon-Artiwara Kongmalai, donating 10 million baht to the 5th year Kao for Kids project, supporting underprivileged youth through the Equitable Education Fund (EEF). Additional efforts include PUNN by AssetWise, which raises education funds through second-hand donations. In governance, AssetWise remains dedicated to transparency and fairness, earning an “AA” rating in the 2024 SET ESG Ratings.
