AssetWise Celebrates 20 Years of Growth with “Growing Success, Growing Happiness” Launching 10 New Projects Worth 22 Billion Baht, Expanding Further in Phuket, and Introducing Brand Presenters “Tor-Bright”
AssetWise celebrates its 20th anniversary with the strategy “Growing Success, Growing Happiness”, focusing on sustainable growth. The company plans to launch 10 new projects—both condominiums and housing—with a total value of 22 billion baht while expanding its footprint in Phuket with its first luxury villa development. The presales volume target is set at 19.5 billion baht, with a revenue goal of 10.5 billion baht. Additionally, AssetWise is diversifying its business portfolio into high-potential businesses including entertainment, community malls, and health & wellness sectors. Continuing its ESG commitment, the company is collaborating with partners to support education for youth. AssetWise also debuted “Tor-Bright” as a presenter, reinforcing its “We Build Happiness” philosophy.
Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading lifestyle-focused real estate developer, stated that as the company celebrates the company’s 20th anniversary, it remains committed to steady and sustainable growth. Through its “Growing Success, Growing Happiness” strategy, AssetWise aims to deliver happiness to consumers through high-quality residential projects. This builds upon the company’s strong 2024 performance, achieving sales of 19.33 billion baht—exceeding its target and growing by 17% year-over-year.
“The global economic outlook in 2025 faces challenges from geopolitical issues and climate change, but there are still positive factors, such as the downward interest rate trend that stimulates production and investment, along with the health & wellness trend and aging society, which drive growth in the health & wellness business. The tourism sector continues to show a growing number of tourists, further boosting domestic purchasing power and attracting foreign buyers, particularly for condominium products. In 2025, AssetWise is set to launch 10 new projects worth 22 billion baht across strategic locations in Bangkok, surrounding provinces, and Phuket, covering various segments. These include eight condominium projects valued at 20.50 billion baht under the KAVE, ATMOZ, and MODIZ brands. The company also continues to expand its Leisure Residences brand, THE TITLE, in Phuket, developed by its subsidiary, Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE). Additionally, two low-rise housing projects worth 1.5 billion baht will be two new luxury villa projects in Nai Yang and Cherng Talay, Phuket.
For 2025, AssetWise targets total sales of 19.5 billion baht and revenue of 10.5 billion baht, reflecting a 20% growth from 2024. The company is set to complete and begin the transfer of ownership for seven condominium projects, with a total project value of 14.05 billion baht. As of the end of 2024, AssetWise holds a strong backlog of over 25.2 billion baht, spanning Bangkok and surrounding areas (12.6 billion baht), EEC locations (2.7 billion baht), and Phuket (9.9 billion baht). This backlog is expected to be gradually recognized as revenue through 2027.
