Landy Home is entering the Northern market by establishing a branch in Chiang Mai, a rapidly expanding economic area. Landy Home is investing over 50 million baht to open this branch and build brand awareness in the area, with a sales target of 100 million baht in 2024. Ms. Pornrat Maneerattanaporn, Sales Director of Landy Home (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated, “The opening of the Landy Home branch in Chiang Mai is part of our business expansion plan to meet customer demands across all regions in Thailand, maintaining the same standards as in Bangkok. Our market survey in the Northern region indicates that Chiang Mai has the highest demand for home construction. Therefore, we decided to open our ninth branch in Chiang Mai, the first in the Northern region. For the first half of 2024, Landy Home reported total sales of 1.2 billion baht, with the following breakdown by brand:

Landy Grand: Luxury homes (20 million baht and above) accounted for 22% of sales.

Landy Home: Mid-sized homes (8-20 million baht) accounted for 53% of sales.

Trendy Home: Small homes (below 8 million baht) accounted for 25% of sales.

We have also established Precast Solution Centers under NOVA Modular, which produce prefabricated columns and beams at our two factories in Rama 2 and Wihan Dang, Saraburi, to meet customer demand for all three brands. – Landy Home (houses priced 8-20 million baht): As Thailand’s No.1 home builder, Landy Home meets evolving consumer demands with the concept “Always Ahead.” We introduce the latest “Pet Friendly” home design function, focusing on homes that are friendly to pets, family members, and feature an air circulation system to reduce odors and provide better breathing conditions for pets.

– Landy Grand (houses priced 20 million baht and above): Landy Grand emphasizes its leadership in building large luxury homes with great value by collaborating with leading partners to provide comprehensive services. This makes building luxury homes easy, with innovations that cater to the luxury segment, reflecting the unique identity and personality of each customer. Our one-stop service covers everything.
