Central Pattana reinforces its sustainable real estate leadership with the launch of “Central Pattana Green Growth,” driving decarbonization and continuing the Better Futures Project Year 4 with a nationwide “RE” Lifestyle Roadshow.

The company announced the establishment of “Central Pattana Green Growth” to drive concrete decarbonization and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while joining forces with partners from all sectors to expand the success of the “Better Futures Project” into its 4th year. For the first time, it introduces the “RE” Lifestyle Roadshow: Care for the Planet | Love for Communities, featuring the highlight of a “Eco-Friendly Electric Truck” — a mobile event concept that reduces carbon emissions from traditional events and transportation. The vehicle has been converted into a roaming sustainability showcase across the country. The initiative also promotes the idea of a “Worry-Free Journey” — electric travel from North to South with convenient EV charging stations at Central shopping centres nationwide. The opening ceremony at centralwOrld was presided over by Mr.Pornphrom Vikitsreth, Adviser to Governor of Bangkok.

Ms. Naparat Sriwanvit, CFO and President, Hotel and Office of Central Pattana Plc., stated: “Alongside our previously announced investment of over 120 billion baht over the next five years (2025–2029) to drive the national economy, Central Pattana remains deeply committed to social and environmental development through our ‘The Ecosystem for All’ model. Recognizing the business opportunities in the low-carbon economy era, we have established Central Pattana Green Growth as a concrete driver of decarbonization, aiming to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our initial core initiative is the installation of solar rooftops across our projects, targeting an additional clean energy capacity of over 35 megawatts — bringing our total to more than 68 megawatts, which accounts for 1.8% of Thailand’s total solar capacity). Looking ahead, Central Pattana Green Growth aims to explore new technologies for energy and environmental management across all of our developments. In addition to economic development, we also prioritize social and environmental progress under the model ‘The Ecosystem for All,’ with the company’s policy to be a Place Maker that integrates care for both People and Planet. This includes:

– People: Over the past 45 years, Central Pattana has continuously contributed to Thai society through both financial support and active engagement, totaling over 5 billion baht in the past decade. Our initiatives span infrastructure development, public spaces, education, and expanding opportunities within communities nationwide. Better Futures Project 2025 presents the first-ever “RE” Lifestyle Roadshow: Care for the Planet | Love the Community, taking place from 19–21 May 2025 at the front lawn of Groove, centralwOrld. Don’t miss these four highlight activities:

1. REcharge for the Planet: Experience an eco-friendly electric pickup truck by RIDDARA x CENTRAL PATTANA, designed to cut carbon emissions at events and travel. Starting at Central shopping centres, this mobile event promotes the (RE) Lifestyle—Live Sustainably, Care for the Planet | Love for Communities—and showcases ideas for turning the truck into mobile retail platforms to support eco-conscious entrepreneurs. Visitors can test drive, take photos, and receive free (RE) Lifestyle stickers and gifts by sharing them per event rules.

2. RE & Be Rich: Fun Games, Real Rewards! Join fun and meaningful activities to earn coins you can exchange for exclusive rewards at the event. *Each participant can earn up to 8 coins per day. Rewards are limited and subject to terms and conditions set by the company.

Part of the “Happy Learning Infinite Opportunities” initiative in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, this campaign invites students to create inspiring content that promotes environmental care. Participants must share their videos publicly on TikTok and/or Facebook following the contest guidelines from June 1 – July 30, 2025. Winners will receive educational scholarships. Results will be announced on August 31, 2025.
