The company has mobilized teams of engineers and personnel from all relevant departments to conduct thorough structural inspections across all projects under the THE TITLE brand in Phuket, including both completed and under-construction developments. TITLE reaffirms that all projects remain structurally sound and have been built in compliance with earthquake-resistant building design standards.
Mr. Darong Hutajuta, Chief Executive Officer of Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a developer of sustainable Leisure Residences for living and investment, stated that the recent earthquake caused tremors in various parts of Thailand. In response, the company swiftly implemented proactive measures by deploying teams of engineers and personnel to conduct urgent inspections of all projects under THE TITLE brand. TITLE’s developments are strategically located in high-potential areas, including Nai Yang, Bang Tao, Kata, and Rawai, consisting of 12 low-rise condominium projects. Currently, 6 projects are completed and occupied, while 6 are under construction. Following thorough inspections, all projects have been confirmed to be structurally robust, safe, and unaffected by the earthquake, meeting engineering standards.
