With Phuket being a top global travel destination, the province has solidified its position as an ideal location for both living and tourism. The influx of over 14 million tourists in the past year underscores the growing demand for residential properties, particularly in the condominium and vacation home sectors. These include three condominium projects with a combined value exceeding 10.7 billion baht: THE KATABELLO, located in the emerging Kata district, valued at 5.5 billion baht., Adora Rawai, valued at 1.4 billion baht., The Title Balcony Naiyang, valued at 3.8 billion baht.
