MQDC Executive Wins “Excellence Award” from Times of India for “Real Estate” through Commitment to “Sustainnovation”
Ms. Chulamas Jitpatima, Country Director for India of MQDC, received a “Times Excellence 2021” award for “Real Estate” from The Times Group India, which publishes The Times of India, the world’s largest-circulation English-language newspaper, reflecting how MQDC’s Whizdom Club in New Delhi applies the company’s principle of sustainnovation for sustainable well-being and introduces Thai design and technology to India, such as the AVA anti-viral carpet.
Ms. Jitpatima, who was the only non-Indian to receive this prestigious award, brought the leading Thai property developer MQDC to India in 2019.
“I am delighted to receive this recognition, which reflects the whole team’s dynamism to establish MQDC and its core philosophy of ‘For All Well-Being’ in India,” she said.
“We have won this award together by upholding MQDC’s global standards, operating ethically while nurturing the communities we serve. Over 2 years in India we have showcased our innovation for sustainable well-being – what we call ‘sustainnovation’ – with Whizdom Club, an inspiration hub in New Delhi. We are also now bringing outstanding Thai design and technology to India with products such as AVA carpets, which protect homes and offices from viruses including coronavirus.”
