Sansiri targets to meet 29 billion baht worth of residences to be transferred to owners with its completion of taka HAUS by Sansiri & Tokyu, welcoming new members to Sansiri Family with Sansiri Services
Sansiri prepares to deliver finished, ready-for-transfer residential developments that meets real housing demand with nine nearly completed projects scheduled to be transferred to owners in the second half of the year. The process will be facilitated by what the company calls the Sansiri Service. The next development to be transferred to home owners is taka HAUS, a 2-billion-baht joint venture between Sansiri and Tokyu Corporation. Under the concept “Stay Unique, Stay Diverse”, the relatively small taka HAUS community of only 269 units will provide residents with optimal privacy and a comprehensive range of facilities tailored to diverse lifestyle and preferences of Thai and foreign homeowners. The development is located on Ekkamai12, an eclectic lifestyle neighbourhood that caters to urbanites of different backgrounds. taka HAUS’s property conveyance will take place from 16–18 August. Sansiri expects to generate 29 billion baht in revenue from the transfer of properties in 2019. The Thai property developer is attributing its success to quick and efficient project management, as well as the ability to facilitate the whole process itself.
Mr Uthai Uthaisangsuk, Chief Operating Officer of Sansiri Public Co., Ltd., revealed that Sansiri’s continued success in responding to all of homeowners’ needs with residential development projects in Bangkok and the provinces had resulted in an annual increase in the number of Sansiri Family members, of which there are currently more than 126,000 households. In 2019, the property development leader will deliver 29-billion-bath worth of finished projects, meeting real housing demand in Bangkok and the provinces.

There are nine condominium projects that will be completed and delivered to homeowners, namely as taka HAUS (2-billion-baht value), THE LINE Sukhumvit101 (4.7-billion-baht value), THE LINE Phahon-Pradipat (5.9-billion-baht value), THE BASE Phetkasem (2-billion-baht value), THE BASE Sukhumvit50 (1.55-billion-baht value), The Monument Thong lo (6.3-billion-baht value), Khun by Yoo Inspired by Starck (4-billion-baht value), La Casita Hua Hin (2.4-billion-baht value) and dcondo Hatyai (800-million-baht value). Meanwhile, single detached house and townhouse projects will be completed and delivered to homebuyers in phases. There will be more and more property conveyance activities to welcome new members to the Sansiri Family,” as said by Mr. Uthai.
Sansiri is now preparing to deliver a condominium project, which it has developed in conjunction with Tokyu Corporation, named taka HAUS. The 2-billion-baht low-rise condominium has been developed under the concept “Stay Unique, Stay Diverse” to respond to dynamic lifestyles. The relatively small taka HAUS community of only 269 units will provide residents with optimal privacy and a comprehensive range of facilities that cater to diverse lifestyle and preferences of Thai and foreign homeowners. The condominium resale price grows at an average of 6–10% per year with an average rental rate of 25,000 to 55,000 baht a month. A return on investment of a condominium in this area is about 5–6% a year. It is a high-demand location among expats, especially Japanese, who are considered great tenants for investors in this area. The project’s property transfer activities will take place from 16–18 August.
