Sansiri targets to meet 29 billion baht worth of residences to be transferred to owners with its completion of taka HAUS by Sansiri & Tokyu, welcoming new members to Sansiri Family with Sansiri Services
Sansiri prepares to deliver finished, ready-for-transfer residential developments that meets real housing demand with nine nearly completed projects scheduled to be transferred to owners in the second half of the year. The process will be facilitated by what the company calls the Sansiri Service. The next development to be transferred to home owners is taka HAUS, a 2-billion-baht joint venture between Sansiri and Tokyu Corporation. Under the concept “Stay Unique, Stay Diverse”, the relatively small taka HAUS community of only 269 units will provide residents with optimal privacy and a comprehensive range of facilities tailored to diverse lifestyle and preferences of Thai and foreign homeowners. The development is located on Ekkamai12, an eclectic lifestyle neighbourhood that caters to urbanites of different backgrounds. taka HAUS’s property conveyance will take place from 16–18 August. Sansiri expects to generate 29 billion baht in revenue from the transfer of properties in 2019. The Thai property developer is attributing its success to quick and efficient project management, as well as the ability to facilitate the whole process itself.
