Cloud 11 Achieves 80% Completion – Bt43 Billion Creative Hub Set to Launch Late 2025
Cloud 11 to Become Thailand’s Creative Destination — Designed to inspire and empower creators, elevating Thailand’s creative industry on a global scale.
– theCOMMONS and YOTEL unveil their distinctive concepts and features at Cloud 11 — with YOTEL making its Thailand debut as a global smart hotel.
– Cloud 11 secures tenants from Korea’s entertainment companies, including subsidiaries of SM Entertainment and CJ ENM, at its Creator Village, along with the internationally renowned 1500 Sound Academy.
Cloud 11 announced its plan to invest 3,000 million baht more in its project, bringing its total value to 43,000 million baht. The additional investment focuses on Creative Facilities to create a fully-fledged comprehensive hub for the creative industry as well as District Infrastructure to establish South Sukhumvit as an ultimate ‘Creative & Innovation District’ for Thailand’s creative and soft power industry. With over 80% of its construction complete, Cloud 11 is set to open its doors to the public in late 2025.
Mr. Onza Janyaprasert, Project Director of Cloud 11, said, “We have injected 3,000 million baht more into Cloud 11 project in response to the upward trend of the creative industry in Asia, including Thailand. With the additional investment, 2,000 million baht will go to the development of Creative Facilities while the remaining 1,000 million baht will be spent on the development of South Sukhumvit as a new creative & innovation district. Cloud 11 has received long-term project financing from Bangkok Bank.”
