AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd. is looking to expand its product portfolio across Thailand in 2025 with a total of 226 projects. These include 42 new projects worth approximately
Bht 65,000 million. They consist of 15 single detached home projects worth Bht 26,500 million, 18 townhome and twin home projects worth 15,000 million, 6 condominium projects worth Bht 20,200 million and 3 upcountry projects worth Bht 3,300 million. For these project, the company has set presales target of Bht 55,000 million, while revenues target from its 100% JVs are projected at Bht 52,900 million.

Summary Financial Information

For the operating results of 2024, the company posted the highest net presales in the industry at Bht 46,752 million. Total revenues from low-rise products, condominiums (100% JV) and other businesses were as high as Bht 47,125 million. Net profit stood at Bht 5,020 million and its net debt-to-equity ratio was 0.70, which was in accordance with its policy to manage its net debt-to-equity ratio at no higher than 1.

As of 23 February 2025, the company had a backlog of products valued at Bht 41,621 million.
