La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection will occupy levels 12 to 23 , while THE RESIDENCES 38 will offer condominium units ranging from one-bedroom units to penthouses, from levels 24 to 36  of the same development.

“THE RESIDENCES 38” is an investment by Rabbit Holdings, an affiliated company of BTS Group, which specialises in investment in real estate development and management through cooperation with outstanding strategic alliances in terms of branding and marketing.  Rabbit Holdings has appointed Ananda as the project manager for the construction, development, and overall sales and marketing planning of the project.  The cooperation with Ananda will enhance the business development potential of Rabbit Holdings, and will expand its customer base both domestically and internationally through Ananda’s strong and diverse customer network. Furthermore, Rabbit Holdings has also appointed The Ascott Limited as the hospitality operator of La Clef Bangkok by The Crest Collection, marking the debut of The Crest Collection brand in Thailand.
