“Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha marks the first joint development of a low-rise housing project with Sansiri after working together on several condominium projects,” said Mr. Takayuki Matsumoto, Senior Manager, Thailand Representative of Tokyu Corporation. “With Sansiri’s outstanding credentials in quality, design and function of residential projects and after-sales services, we are confident to continue strengthening our partnership with the Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha project. We have seen a proven success of Sansiri in creating the perception of Krungthep Kreetha Community as an ideal international residential neighborhood among Thai homebuyers. This neighborhood is similar to several residential growth zones in Tokyo where each possesses its own sense of place and unique urban atmosphere, such as Shibuya, Futako-Tamagawa, Tama-plaza along Tokyu railway Den-en-Toshi Line. Krungthep Kreetha is especially close to Tama-Plaza station side area which is famous as a high-quality suburban residential area located in Tokyu Tama Garden City in the Tokyo metropolitan region. Each of these city clusters is built around the stations of the mass transit lines and has expanded from inner city center to outer urban zones with their own facilities and amenities for living convenience.” Matsumoto said.
“Moreover, the development concept of Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha fosters the health and wellness of residents, which is in line with our residential development philosophy. Given the high potential of the location itself and robust positive brand image of Sansiri, we are confident that Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha will become another success story on the Thai single house market. The partnership with Sansiri in this project will also serve as a case study for a collaborative business model to be applied to Tokyu’s new property development in Japan.”
