Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand today that its Board of Directors has appointed two top management in its meeting No. 10/ 2019 dated 25 April 2019. The appointment is effective from 25 April 2019.

Kitti Thanakitamnuay, earlier Chairman and CEO of the company, was appointed Chairman Emeritus.

Thongchai Busrapan was appointed the Chairman, Co-CEO and President.

Kitti is the founder of Noble Development Plc and was instrumental in building and continuously growing the company throughout the past 28 years. Recognized widely by customers and shareholders alike for its high-quality projects and services, the company has today become one of the leading real estate developers in Thailand. Kitti is a visionary leader with extensive experience in real estate development as well as hotel management, and the driving force behind NOBLE’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Thongchai was the Vice Chairman and President of Noble Development Plc from 1992-2012 and has extensive experience in the real estate development industry, both in Thailand and overseas.

Thongchai will lead Noble Development Plc in cooperation with Frank Leung, Vice Chairman and Co-CEO.

The appointment of the new management will support NOBLE’s planned project development and expand investments in the international real estate sector. In addition, the new management team will strengthen the company’s expertise and reputation in premium real estate project development.

Under the new management, NOBLE will continue its business focus in real estate project development, both horizontally and vertically. Innovations and technologies will be integrated into the development process and services to meet different needs of modern consumers and to give them the best possible residential project of choice. NOBLE has developed more than 47 projects, including eight projects currently under development.  The company will continue to build on its strong momentum in the overseas market.

In 2018, Noble Development Plc has achieved its business goals and introduced three premium condominium projects, including NUE Noble Chaengwattana, Noble Around Ari and Noble State 39. Combined project value of these projects exceeds 11 billion baht.
