And this is a joint venture with DM HOME that have got the world-class home interior brand “ Roberto Cavalli” to be the part of the Masterpiece for the first time in Thailand. We usually see the Masterpiece works of Roberto Cavalli like one and only signature marble and signature collection that customized just only for this room with the decoration budget of almost 37 million Thai baht!!! Because of that, when all the decoration is done, it will have a selling price of 255 million Thai baht and we may be able to see the last room this October.

 

The summary of the Super Luxury project that have the most perfect elements in Thonglor.

 

For me, it is not surprised that the project like TELA Thonglor is going well on the selling process, different from other Super-Luxury projects the cells in the same time in Thonglor area. And if you looked deeper in the details, we will see that this is the only Super Luxury project that haven’t done any discount promotions since their grand opening. Different from other projects in the same area including around Phrom Phong that used to get selling problems bad to have to make some discount to attract more buyer. If it is other project, the last lot of rooms will probably be on the selling that accept any offer.But this one really proved that to be a true luxury, the less it is left- the more why label and higher price it will be…. Right, this is excluded the parking lot of almost 169%.

 

Today, TELA Thonglor has the selling price at 350000 Baht per square meter, much higher than their grand opening (For the most of the resale room, Fully Furnished room “The True Gems of Thonglor” – CANVAS for your Masterpiece” is having the selling price around ending of 300,000) which is being the Super Luxury Condo with the selling price that is still increased but still be able to be sold, different from other projects in Thonglor that are no longer able to be sold and they have to decrease the selling price for that.

Today, there are a lot of Super Luxury condos to choose in the market, by the distinctive point reflecting the luxurious lifestyle by the design, functions, elaborate material selection and also the after-sale services. And some of these projects have brought the Branded Residence to be the guarantee of the advantage among customers who have frequently experienced the services of the leading hotels chains overseas. In my opinion, even if TELA Thonglor is not a Branded Residence, but if we’re talking about their after sale service and about the extra Benefit of being a member of Gaysorn Property Group is absolutely not inferior to anyone either. And it looks like they are more understanding the luxurious lifestyle better than other developers…..And I believe that if someone visit this project, they would never be disappointed if they are looking for the real Super Luxury condo in the most selling point of Thonglor area.
