Central Pattana plc, Thailand’s no. 1 real estate developer for sustainability and the developer of the ‘Central Park’ shopping centre and office complex, is launching the ‘Here for All of You’ campaign — a lifestyle space designed to promote well-being for both body and mind, encouraging interaction and embracing the diversity of the people of Bangkok. The first phase is set to be unveiled on Thursday, 4 September 2025. Located at the prime corner of Silom–Rama IV, ‘Central Park’ is positioned to become the most iconic new landmark in the heart of Bangkok. This flagship project aims to elevate Thailand’s retail landscape onto the global stage. Watch the video: https://youtu.be/jr7Du2HlRzE
The launch event was honored by Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok; Mr. Robert F. Godec, United States Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand; and Central Pattana management members, including Mr. Chanavat Uahwatanasakul, President, Retail and Development; Dr. Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Chief Marketing Officer; Mr. Kunayudh Dej-udom, Asset Director at Central Park, who participated in the event.
Mr. Kunayudh Dej-udom, Asset Director at Central Park, Central Pattana plc, said: “Central Park, which is scheduled to open on 4 September, will serve beyond being a shopping center, as a new landmark for quality of life at the heart of the urban community. The ‘Here for All of You’ campaign provides space for people to interact with each other, to promote physical and mental well-being – and we will give away 2,000 seedlings to help add more green space and improve the quality of life, following Bangkok’s ‘Million Tree Initiative’ to create green spaces and dust-filtering walls throughout the city. We will hold ‘sound healing’ and art sessions in addition to the ‘Conversation Chair’, a billboard transformed into park benches facing each other to encourage people to start conversations and exchange ideas, and promote and embrace the diversity of Bangkok people amidst the natural beauty of Lumpini Park. Lumpini Park is a major public park in Bangkok and the heart of the Silom-Rama IV community, similar to Central Park, a new landmark in this area.”
Looking behind the concept of the Conversation Chair, a space that connects all relationships
This initiative transforms billboards into the ‘Conversation Chair’ – repurposing them into seats that foster unity and celebrate diversity. These specially-designed seats face each other to provide a platform for conversation, exchanging ideas, and connecting people of various generations in a public space. The Conversation Chair features games and thought-provoking questions to stimulate conversation around sustainability, diversity, and the future of the city; the initiative was inspired by the familiar stone benches found in Thai public parks, reinterpreted in a contemporary way to play a greater role in urban society.
