Thailand’s first Life Xpress flagship store unveiling today is located at Makro Hangdong, Chiang Mai, and is set to open on 27th February 2025. A Convenience Hub for Community Life
“Life Xpress represents our vision and commitment to creating vibrant community hubs through our commercial developments, where convenience meets a complete lifestyle,” said Ms. Paphitchaya Suwandee, President of CP Future City Development Corporation (CPFC). “Developed under the ‘life’ concept which is comprised of ‘Live, Eat, Play, and Connect’, this revolutionary approach goes beyond traditional convenience retail, offering an experience that enriches everyday life while embracing the unique needs of Thailand’s diverse communities”
“Chiang Mai was strategically chosen as the first location due to its status as a gateway to northern provinces, the modern lifestyles of local residents, and its large expatriate community. Partnering with an established wholesaler like Makro, we expect to serve over 3 million visitors annually, delivering a tailored convenience shopping experience to families, expatriates, tourists, and existing Makro customers.”
“The “Life Xpress” brand underscores CPFC’s promises on offering holistic, complete, and convenient lifestyle solutions through our retail property creation. It combines the best of global and local brands under one roof, with partners including IKEA, Decathlon, 7-Eleven, TRUE, Café Amazon, Thailand Post, SUPER SAVE Drugstore, and more for the Chiang Mai location. We will tailor our offerings at future Life Xpress locations to meet the everyday needs of our customers, wherever they are.”
“This is just the beginning,” added Ms. Paphitchaya. “We are excited about expanding Life Xpress to many more locations in major provinces across Thailand within the next 3–5 years, bringing this innovative and community-centric concept to even more customers nationwide.”
