Most recently, LIV-24 was entrusted by Toyota Khon Kaen (TKK Group) to survey and analyse all of the latter’s 13 service centers in order to lay down security systems and standards for reducing risks of incidents.  Safety technologies and IoT (Internet of Things) are to be applied to improve the efficiency of servicing customers.  An ad-hoc team has surveyed all 13 branches and conducted risk assessment for the security system and building systems.  It also produced LIV-24 Security Scores based on its analysis and evaluation, revised the work plans for each branch and ensured that they are appropriate to each facility.  This was done for the security system as well as for building systems at each site.  CCTV analytics and access control were set up for areas where valuable items were stored and where access needed to be restricted.  The license plate reader (LPR) technology was brought in to count the number of vehicles entering and leaving a service center.  To create the highest level of safety for customers’ automobiles, the CCTV 360 technology will collect images of the whole vehicle before and after it is serviced.  Furthermore, CCTV fisheyes inside the showroom will enable inspections of customer service.
