Mrs. Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp, (3^rd from right) Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), with, Mr. Onza Janyaprasert, (4^th from right) Project Director of Cloud 11, Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, Chief Executive Officer of MQDC, Mr. Keerin Chutumstid, President of MQDC, Ms. Nucharee Yoovidhya, Managing Director, TCP Group, Mr. Pornchai Sittiyakorn, President, Thai Obayashi Corporation Limited, Dr. Chanet Sangarayakul, President, Pylon Public Company Limited and Mr. Pichai Wongwaisayawan, Deputy Managing Director, Architects 49 Limited (A49) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction commencement of Cloud 11, a large-scale mixed-use project to be built at the site on Sukhumvit Road.

Cloud 11 is MQDC’s new large-scale mixed-use project with its unique innovative concepts. Constructed on a prime land plot of 27 Rai on Sukhumvit road and located close by BTS Udomsuk, Cloud 11 is considered a part of Bangkok Cybertech District. Today, the project begins construction by main contractor Thai Obayashi and will be officially launched later this year.
