SENA Steps into a New Standard for Thai Real Estate with SENA Next Level Standard.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Kessara Thanyalakpark, Managing Director of SENA Development Public Company Limited, held a press conference to announce the enhanced strategic partnership with Japanese partner Hankyu Hanshin Properties (HHP). This collaboration aims to develop projects incorporating Japanese expertise in construction quality and disaster preparedness, blended with SENA’s signature attentiveness to customer care, ensuring lifelong support for our residents.
With over nine years of partnership and co-development of 66 projects valued at over THB 83 billion, SENA has consistently applied valuable know-how such as the Geo Fit+ concept—developed from deep consumer behavior insights—into its design and development of various projects, from condominiums like Niche Mono Sukhumvit-Bearing and Niche Pride Taopoon, to the Flexi brand and low-rise housing.
With the latest developments, SENA will elevate construction safety and adaptability by developing products under the Geo Fit+ inspired by Mamoru concept, and also implementing the Construction Quality Improvement by referring HHP knowledge —a key part of the Geo Check+ 5steps approach. implementing the 5 Steps of Quality Management—a key part of the Geo Check+ approach. HHP experts from Japan will transfer this know-how through a structured training program covering design, construction control, and project handover. This training will be conducted for SENA’s Business Development, Project Development, Construction, Quality Control teams, SenX Property Management Team and others, from mid of June 2025.
