Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. today announced the appointment of Mr. Worawat Srisa-an as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Development, which was effective 1 October 2020. Mr. Worawat will play an integral role in the leadership team to ramp up the next phase of construction and pre-operation planning for One Bangkok, involving multiple partner consultants and contractors. He will also help facilitate business development and grow commercial opportunities across all asset classes. One Bangkok is slated to open in 2023 with full completion in 2026.

Prior to joining One Bangkok, Mr. Worawat Srisa-an served as President of Univentures Public Company Limited and other various positions for its subsidiaries across industries – from zinc oxide chemical, innovation and technology-related products and services, to real estate development encompassing residential, commercial and hospitality where he was responsible for driving opportunistic growth. Throughout his seven-year tenure, Univentures boasted outstanding performance, including the acquisition of Stonehenge Inter Company Limited (STI), a renowned construction company in Thailand that was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in December 2018. Additionally, Mr. Worawat oversaw the development of ANIL Sathorn 12 to become the first residential project in Thailand to be awarded WELL Multifamily Pre-certified Gold level, a pioneering ratings system to focus exclusively on the impacts of buildings on human health and wellness. His robust optimisation approach also enabled Univentures to receive a 5-star rating or “Excellent” level of the Corporate Governance assessment of Thai Listed Companies for four consecutive years since 2016 and Thailand Investors’ Choice Award for seven consecutive years.

Prior to Univentures, Mr. Worawat was a Vice President, Master Plan Projects at TCC Land Development Company Limited where he began his career with TCC conglomerates in 2005. He holds an MSc in Urban Planning from Columbia University in New York and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture form the Illinois Institute of Technology.
