The continued certification reflect their capabilities and readiness to support the requirements of today’s modern digital workplace, business growth, and long-term tenant requirements.

Withawat Koottatep, First Executive Vice President of Commercial Development for the commercial business, revealed that the buildings maintaining the highest Platinum level were Park Ventures and Sathorn Square. Meanwhile, properties certified at the Gold level included Samyan Mitrtown, FYI Center, and Silom Edge. These achievements underscore the company’s commitment to operating office buildings designed to meet the needs of tenants and building users, both now and in the future.
