As a result, in Q1 2025, the company achieved a total revenue of 3,705 million baht and a strong gross profit margin of 30.6%. This was a result of prudent cost management in marketing, improved efficiency in human resource management, and financial costs. However, transfer figures are expected to improve in the fourth quarter, with four new projects worth over 10,000 million baht ready for handover.
