Following the recent earthquake, Noble has been working closely with the juristic persons of each project to accelerate building inspections, implement safety measures, and establish a clear restoration framework. This effort is guided by the following key five-step action plan:<\/p>\n

1. Juristic persons conduct initial structural inspections to ensure the buildings are safe and accessible.<\/p>\n

2. Noble and structural experts carry out joint inspections to issue official safety certifications.<\/p>\n

3. Noble provides guidance to juristic persons in selecting qualified contractors for repairing damages in common areas.<\/p>\n

4. Noble collaborates with juristic persons to announce the use of the “\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\udddc\ud835\uddd7\u201c application for residents to report in-unit damage for insurance claims.<\/p>\n

5. Noble and juristic persons offer advice to owners on selecting qualified contractors to repair in-unit damage.<\/p>\n

All steps are centrally managed to ensure efficiency, prevent overlapping tasks, minimize disruption to residents, and maintain smooth progress throughout the entire process.<\/p>\n
