‘Youpik’ partners with ‘Siamese Asset’ entering the real estate market. ‘Youpikkers’ to get commissions up to 30,000 THB

From the COVID-19 situation, it’s inevitably causing the economy to shrink and also affected the property market to slow down as well. On the other hand, the e-commerce market has grown exponentially. According to this shift of consumers behavior, the integration of online channel including e-commerce and social media with real estate industry can be an interesting collaboration and activate new ways of using social media for commerce.

The collaboration between ‘Youpik Thailand’ and ‘Siamese Asset’, Thailand’s leading real estate company is a path for Social Commerce to disrupt and penetrate the real estate market, allowing consumers to promote the condominiums. Based on recent the study, social media has an influence and impact on real estate purchasing decisions whether it is the researching or sharing experiences from the real users or words of mouth. This collaboration aims to expand the awareness as well as bringing the innovation from 2 industries together.
