The Nest Enters Partnership with Leading Real Estate Investor & Developer, Kanden Realty & Development to Launch 5 Billion Baht Luxury Housing Project AERIE Srinakarin-Krungthepkreetha, Whilst Revealing Preparations to Acquire Additional plots for Pipeline Development Expecting Over THB 10 Billion in Generated Sales.

The Nest Property has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with leading Japanese conglomerate Kanden Realty & Development to invest in the luxury housing segment and is going to launch its first flagship project worth over THB 5 billion. The land occupies a total area of 70 rai in a golden location along both sides of Krungthepkreetha Road.

The luxury housing project is located in the new promising, up-and-coming area of Krungthepkreetha, located in the thriving communal area complete with urban lifestyle conveniences and enjoys easy accessibility to and from expressways. Phase 1 of the project comprises of 29-1-47.5 Rais, where the project comprises of 3-storey housing units under the exclusive brand, AERIE Srinakarin-Krungthepkreetha with the price point starting at THB 16.9 million. In addition, the company reveals plans to acquire 3 additional plots for future pipeline projects, targeting sales over THB 10 billion.

As a result, we saw an ease in travel, and traffic congestion, and has continued to help develop prosperity and has benefited the neighbourhood broadly both economically and socially. As a result, Krungthepkreetha has become known as a “golden location” in Eastern Bangkok and has gained traction over recent years. Regarding this joint investment and business alliance, The Nest is co-investing with Kanden Realty & Development (KRD), a large real estate developer in Japan, to establish the Nest Home with the share proportion of 60:40 to develop low-rise residences under the new brand of AERIE, under the concept of Central Park, New York. Currently, there are 2 land plots (29 rai and 42 rai) on both sides of Krungthepkreetha Road. The total area of over 70 rai is valued at more than THB 5 billion.

The joint investment is not only in housing projects but also in condominium projects. The AERIE Srinakarin-Krungthepkreetha project is located on the area of over 29 rai and involves the development of 115 units of 3-storey luxury houses, each of which covers an area of 50 – 80 square wah, with three unique design options and usable area of 313 – 434 square meters.
