Thailand’s leading property developer, LPN Development Plc is the winner of the Best Sustainable Developer (Asia) 2020, from the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2020 announced at a virtual gala event awards ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand on December 4, 2020.

The Best Sustainable Developer winner must have consistently applied environmentally sensitive design features, used low impact materials and energy, waste efficient systems.

Mr. Opas Sripayak, chief executive officer and managing director of LPN Development Plc, said that the company is honored to be the winner of the Best Sustainable Developer (Asia) 2020. This is the proof that we are not alone in conducting business in the sustainable way.

“Sustainability is our business approach since we have established the company over the past three decades. It is upon the sustainable philosophy which we have based and developed our residential projects and other development so far.
